Design
Bold Design
The 2026 Acura RSX prototype is a sporty coupe that has a wide, athletic stance. It features a fastback roofline, sculpted side surfaces, fish door handles, and a ducktail-style rear spoiler. Its flared wheel wells and 21-inch rims show off the large Brembo brakes with bright red callipers in the front.
Exterior Lighting
A separated-headlight design with sharp and slim Daytime Running Lights and low-mounted LED headlamps adorn the front of the 2026 Acura RSX. The rear features a full-width taillight that pays tribute to the second-generation Acura NSX. The design is completed with “ACURA” spelled out across the tailgate in a refreshed font. The SUV will feature a pair of dual-motors with a double wishbone front suspension that’s sport-tuned. The powertrain will deliver an exhilarating drive that offers precise handling and control. All-wheel drive will come standard.
Technology
ASIMO OS
The 2026 RSX will introduce the world to ASIMO OS and push Acura into the era of Software Defined Vehicles. The new global operating system will learn the driving behaviour and preferences (including music choices) of its owner to create the ultimate in-car experience. The system will offer management for automated driving, advanced driver assistance systems, infotainment, and other vehicle systems.
Energy Source
Owners can use the SUV for mobile energy storage, which will have the capability to power a variety of devices, including appliances. This is perfect to provide back-up power at home and can even send energy back to the grid.
